Projectomschrijving

In this project we will evaluate whether mRNA loaded microbubbles can be developed for the ultrasound guided delivery of mRNA to dendritic cells. mRNA expression and the maturation profile of the treated DCs will be evaluated with flow cytometrie. Via OT-I and OT-II assays we can investigate whether CD8+ T-cell and CD4+ T-cell responses are generated in vitro and in vivo.
