Project description

Met MAPPIT heeft onze onderzoeksgroep een unieke methode ontwikkeld voor de studie van eiwitinteracties in intacte humane cellen. In dit project zullen we deze twee-hybride methode toepassen om een beter inzicht te verwerven in de signaaloverdracht via de leptine en clucocorticoid receptoren.
