Project description

In this project the influence of food production and storage on induction and transfer of antibiotic resistance will be examined. Firstly, protocols for the detection will be optimized. Furthermore, the influence of biofilms on resistance development will be analyzed. Subsequently, the influence of food related stress factors will be studied. Finally, a comparative risk assessment will be performed.
