Project description
The study is focused on four objectives: the determination of chemical contamination of free-range chicken eggs, a better understanding of the mechanisms of persistent organic polluentia (POPs) transfer, an estimation of the risks for public health and the formulation and evaluation of the feasibility of the measurements to reduce the degree of contamination and the risks.
