Project description

Dogs with behaviour disorders will be subjected to brain imaging in order to assess regional perfusion and the function of the serotonergic neurotransmitter system with specific radioligands. Indirect investigation of the serotonergic system will include quantification of the serotonin-2A receptor on blood platelets. A genetic examination will be included.
