Project description
 

The goal of this project is to design, fabricate and characterize advanced modulation format receivers that reach a terabit/s aggregate bitrate by using silicon photonic integration technology. This will comprise the integration of wavelength (de/multiplexers, polarization (de) multiplexers, high speed germanium photolodes and silicon variable opical attenuators.
