Project description

The project aims at improving the integrated management of pear psylla. The predation efficiency and consumption capacity of the key natural enemies in the early and late season will be determined. A protocol for DNA isolation and PCR identification of the pear psylla will be developed to optimize molecular gut-content analysis in order to improve our insight into the consumption patterns of the main predators.
