Project description

The VEG-i-TEC_UGent Core Facility (CF) would like to bundle all expertise and infrastructure at AUGent on innovations within vegetable and potato processing regarding production, food quality and safety, valorisation of by-products and water (re)use, and make this offer better available, both internally within AUGent and externally for companies and international research projects.
