Project description
Employees’ work perceptions are still under-investigated for digital process innovations (gap 1). Moreover, emerging technologies enable employees to do their work more efficiently, for which organizations show interest but often lack guidance (gap 2). A maturity model (MM) approach based on the People, Process, and Technology (PPT) fundamentals can assist organizations in their adoption of digital-oriented work practices (for gap1-2).
