This project researches the inconsistency of behaviors of applicants and their added value above and beyond mean scores. Within-subject cross-situational variation of behavior is the fundament of behavioral signatures and is not considered as measurement error but as reliable and valid in predicting job performance. Hereto a selection tool will be developed to select leaders.
