Feedback is valuable to professionals because it signals discrepancies between actual and desired performance. Multi-rater feedback has the advantage that different categories of raters (e.g., subordinates, coworkers, supervisors) introduce unique perspectives. However, interpreting and
organizing multi-rater feedback is complex. The objective of this project is to better understand the properties of multi-rater feedback and its potential for professional development.
