Project description
This research project aims at testing the hypotheses that (a) goal-relevant stimulus dimensions become perceptually salient (i.e., goal-driven salience intestification), (b) threat-related attentional biases are caused by goal-driven salience intesnsification of elemental stimulus dimensions, and © cognitive-experimental procedures designed to modify goal-driven salience intensificaiton have therapeutic value.
