The project addresses cultured meat development challenges by pursuing two main goals: 1) investigating the myogenic differentiation potential of bovine embryonic stem cell (bESC) lines and 2) assessing the cell differentiation processes of bovine myoblasts via three stimulation approaches to enhance myotube hypertrophy, aiming to advance the development of mature myofibers.
