Project description

In May 2008, the pilot project Drug Treatment Court was set up in the judicial district of Ghent. This pilot project aims to divert problematic drug-using offenders to treatment.
This research concerns a process evaluation of this pilot project, analyzing the role, opinions, perspectives and concerns of the actors involved.
