Nasonia vitripennis
Project description
Nasonia vitripennis is een parasitoïde wesp met een verscheidenheid aan gastheren (vliegen) en een gekende gif samenstelling. Dit onderzoek zal nagaan welke pathways het gif beïnvloedt in zowel de gastheer Sarcophaga crassipalpis als in de humane cellijn HEK293 en welke gifcomponenten hierin betrokken zijn. Dit zal gebeuren met behulp van microarrays, FACs, reporter arrays en QPCR.
