Project description

Goals: - estimate Flemish childrens' vitamin D and calcium intake - investigate correlation between vitamin D / calcium intake and biomarkers of bone metabolism - investigate relation between (1) vitamin D / calcium intake and different biomarkers for bone metabolism and (2) bone density and bone stiffness taking physical activity into account - investigate evolution of bone metabolism and bone stiffness over 2 years.
