Project description

  The experimental project aims to develop and test solutions for the renovation of buildings with large social rental apartments. This includes an alternative organization of the construction process (from conceptontwikkleing about design and procurement to construction and delivery), to renovate typical construction cans (1950- 80) to BEN standard (almost energy neutral) with a maximum throughput per unit of six months, a minimum simultaneous removal burden and within the limits of the budgets provided for these interventions of VMSW. Concrete goals and criteria 1. completion tools for residents counseling and temporary relocation to variety of relocation and renovation work possible during a phased renovation which systematically a complete building with 124 apartments is adjusted (maximum moving load 25%) 2. renovation concept for BEN-level within the funding ceiling FS3 of VMSW; - selection of gemtegreerde constructional and installation-technical solutions aimed at a group of units around a vertical circulatiekem; - evaluation collective verwanning with renewable energy technologies; - to develop low-cost and low-disturbance construction method (prefabrication and standardization) - 10% cost rationalization by scale effect 3. innovative collaboration models (including coaching plan) by means of contract based on performance specifications and site organization in building team; 4. Validation energy performance including comparison with renovated houses and new apartments in C02-neutral district (ECO-life PROJECT), with recommendations for residents acceptance, feasibility of cost-optimal energy performance vs. replacement building renovation, and scalability.; - U-value building shell 0, 15, thermal bridge-anne detail: charge level 3k points 5. supervision plan for using BEN-building by socially disadvantaged users;
