Project description
MicroRNAs are a recently discovered class of small (22nt) endogenously expressed translational repressor RNAs that play key roles in many cellular pathways. In this project, we aim to investigate the role of deregulated miRNA expression in the pathogenesis of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia using a new PCR-based stem-loop method, in which the expression of 500 miRNAs can be dtermined in a single multiplex analysis.
