An optimal ratio between training and recovery is essential to provide a peak performance. The purpose of the present research is both to monitor and study the amount of exercise and sleep and recovery pattern and also to study the impact on the functioning of the immune system in a population topgymnasten (elite and elite school). The training load will warden registered on the basis of application for smartphone / tablet and will provide immediate feedback for the trainer. Additionally, sleep patterns will be recorded using a diary. The coupling between training load and sleep patterns on the one hand and immune function will be made on the other warden by determining immunoglobulin A in the saliva over speekselswabs. In this way will allow us to optimize the training process monitoring this interaction, formulate guidelines and possibly implement interventions to achieve optimal results.
