Project description
The internationalization of service firms depends in a large degree on the importance of human capital and networks. Because internationalization theories focus on production firms, they insufficiently take into account the importance of these immaterial assets. The impact of these assets on the internationalization, entry mode and management of subsidiaries will be investigated, focusing on venture capital firms.
