Project description

Today process industry has to deal with an enormous amount of waste heat, typically at low(er) temperature. This waste heat can be recovered in the form of electrical power with ORC technology. The goal of the project is to develop high efficiency organic Rankine cycles. To this purpose several cycle architectures are studied, expander technology and smart control algorithms are developed and a financial analysis is performed.
