Projectomschrijving
 Research is conducted into whether the admissibility procedure is efficient and tenable in practice, in the light of its objectives and from the viewpoint of judicial protection and the right to a fair trial. The functioning of the admissibility procedure in practice and the interpretation and application of the admissibility criteria by the Belgian Council of State are thereby evaluated.
