Project description

A20 is a protein that functions as a negative regulator of NF-kB mediated gene expression and inflammation. To understand the role of this protein in the development of inflammatory diseaeses, we will use mouse trangenesis to generate mice that lack the A20 gene in specific tissues. These mice will we analyzed in different mouse models for inflammatory disease.
