Project description

The Royal Decision concerning the eradication of Salmonella in poultry (C – 2007/22784) prohibits prophylactic treatment with antimicrobial drugs; excessive use enlarges the risk of resistance development. The goal of this project is the development and validation of an UPLC-MS/MS method for the quantitative and reliable determination of residues of antimicrobials in non-invasive samples (chicken manure).
