Projectomschrijving
Het Koninklijk Besluit houdende de bestrijding van Salmonella bij pluimvee (C – 2007/22784) maakt profylactische behandeling met antimicrobiële middelen verboden; overmatig gebruik vergroot het risico op de ontwikkeling van resistente stammen. Het doel van dit project is de ontwikkeling en validatie van een UPLC-MS/MS methode voor kwantitatieve en betrouwbare bepaling van antibiotica-residuen in niet-invasieve stalen (kippenmest).
