Project description

This study includes an action plan aimed at achieving an action research to achieve an integrated approach to education and training program tailored to the needs of 16- to 18-year arrivals from third countries, as listed in the call sheet 260. The research starts with a theory-driven stakeholder evaluation of existing interventions and projects, resulting in a set of hypotheses and improve scenarios aimed at the realization of an integrated approach to education and training tailored to the needs of 16-18 year old newcomers from third countries . In the next phase, this improvement scenarios, in collaboration with local partners and organizations, implemented in the pilot region's. The partners involved in the implementation of projects to be supported in a continuous manner and accompanied by the local and scientific team. The execution and implementation of the improvement actions are monitored in a systematic and ongoing manner and mapped. The embodiments, guidance and monitoring of the improvement actions happen in the three pilot regions in other words, in a continuous and parallel manner.
