The general scientific main objectives are 1) mapping of the changing environment in which civil society organizations (CSO's civil society organizations) operate; 2) analyzing and evaluating the impact of these changes on three levels: the relationship CSOs citizen relationship CSOs-government, and the internal functioning of CSO's; 3) identifying and analyzing innoverene practices of service and political work.
