In dit project worden functionele modellen ontwikkeld voor genomische data-analyses. Het project steunt op het modelleren van de data als een wavelet gebaseerde functie over het genoom waarop vervolgens statistische inferentie kan gebeuren op een efficiënte en annotatie-vrije methode.
