Projectomschrijving
De bevruchting bij het paard voltrekt zich in de eileider. Het nabootsen van de eileideromgeving in vitro is dus een logische wijze om spermacapacitatie te induceren en op deze wijze in vitro bevruchting te realiseren. Het doel is om een 3D oviduct cell cultuur te ontwikkelen waarbij de epitheelceldifferentiatie de fysiologische staat van de eileider beter nabootst.
