Project description
Over the past decade, artificial intelligence (AI) has steadily emerged in the boardrooms of innovative companies. However, existing company laws are tailored to human decision-makers, which creates legal uncertainty about the lawfulness of AI-assisted decision-making and its implications for liability. Therefore, this PhD aims to analyze the legal issues raised by it and to suggest appropriate changes to the law.
