Projectomschrijving

Er bestaan drie biologische vragen centraal in dit project: 1. Hoe werken verschillende signalen samen om de elongatie te sturen? 2. Vanuit welke celtypes wordt die hormonale werking gestuurd? 3. Welke zijn de actiemechanismen van ethyleen in de celwand en worden deze gemoduleerd door auxinetransport? Deze vragen zullen benaderd worden door een combinatie van moleculair genetische, fysiologische cen celbiologische technieken.
