Project description
To develop in vitro PoC for poly(2-oxazoline) anitobody drug conjugates (PAOx-ADCs). The in vitro efficacy of a trastuzumab based PAOx-ADC loaded with doxorubicine will be evaluated against cell lines expressing HER2 antigen targets aiming for equal or higher efficacy compared to Kadcyla as clinically used benchmark
