Project description

  In the lab of Prof. Pieter Van Vlierberghe (Center for Medical Genetics, Ghent University) research into the development of leukemia in children. By gaining new insights new treatments are being developed in the biology of this disease in the toekornst heavy chemotherapy treatments for the children will be able to replace fully or partially. Recently, the lab of Prof. Van Vlierberghe moved to new medical research building (MRB2). Before commissioning this new laboratory facilities must purchase ernieuwe laboratory equipment, among others. a new freezer which is necessary for the long-term storage of biological rnaterialen. The CCF will contribute to the purchase of new equipment for the lab of Prof. Pieter Van Vlierberghe.
