De biologie heeft recent een technologische revolutie ondergaan met de ontwikkeling van high-throughput methodes. De integratie van genome, transcriptome en proteome data in dynamische modellen vertegenwoordigt 1 van de voornaamste uitdagingen van de huidige bio-informatica/ het doel van dit project is het bijeenbrengen van expertise gaande van high-throughput data analyse en reverse engineering en dynamisch modelleren als enabler voor systeem biologie
