Project description

The objective of this project is to investigate consumer perception and expectations related to food and nutrition labelling. Nutrition profiles are established and compared with the presently available and alternative nutrition profiling and food labelling systems. The consumer research includes qualitative and quantitative research. The potential impact of nutrient profiling and nutrition labelling in terms of behavioural change will be assessed.
