Project description

Undernutrition is still a big problem in Africa. Increased Agricultural production as a solution has limitations and innovations like value chains that are nutrition sensitive offer an opportunity. This study aim at strengthening Agriculture-Nutrition links along the dairy value chain using Lean practices as an innovative way to improve access to nutritious dairy products.
