Projectomschrijving

Dit project heeft als doel het ontrafelen van de structuur-functie landschap van de interactie tussen viraal GIF en GM-CSF and IL-2. Dit zal leiden tot de moleculaire basis van het ondermijnen van het immuunsysteem door virale eiwitten. Het project zal uitgevoerd worden aan de hand van structurele studies (Xstralen kristallografie, SAXS, elektronenmicroscopie) en interactie/cellulaire studies.
