Projectomschrijving

Het doel van dit project is het verkrijgen van beter inzicht in de microbiële diversiteit van ET door gebruik te maken van een kweek-afhankelijke en twee kweek-onafhankelijke methoden. Ook de resistentie tegen antibiotica van de isolaten afkomstig uit de ET biofilms zal onderzocht worden.
