Projectomschrijving

We zullen de rol van aangeboren lymphoïde cellen in de pathogenese van chronisch obstructief longlijden (COPD) bestuderen. De aangeboren lymphoïde cellen zullen fenotypisch en functioneel gekarakteriseerd worden. Ze zullen vergeleken worden met T-helpercellen, hun tegenhangers van het adaptieve immuunsysteem.
