Project description

The aim of the project was to develop and validate new methods for masked mycotoxins screening which comprised masked forms of zearalenone and deoxynivalenol. The developed tools were an enzyme-linkage immune sorbent assay (ELISA) and a non-instrumental test based on the combination of immunoaffinity pre-concentration with enzymatic cleavage of the masked form and detection of analyte.
