Alternaria in potatoes is caused by a complex of A. alternata and A.solani. This disease causes problems in potato-producing areas. This project investigates the abiotic stress factors on the development of Alternaria in potatoes. To gain more insight into this, attempts were made to study these influences by means of field, greenhouse and in vitro tests.
