Project description
Arsenic is a frequent contaminant in numerous foods. the BIOTRAs project has the following aims: i) to investigate what is the effect of food preservation, -processing and gastrointestinal digestion on the speciation of As in dietary products; ii) to assess the bioavailability and toxicity of these As species ; iii) to come to a more accurate exposure assessment.
