Projectomschrijving

Dit onderzoeksproject streeft naar een beter begrip van bestuur in een 'post-conflict setting' in Nepal, die gekenmerkt wordt door een langdurig conflictsituatie. Aan de hand van een politieke etnografie van 'post-conflict' bestuur wil dit project nieuwe inzichten verwerven in de wisselwerking tussen fragiele staatsinstituties en informele schaduwnetwerken, en de impact hiervan op initiatieven van democratische staatsheropbouw in 'post-conflict settings'.
