Projectomschrijving
Het doel is om textiele materialen te functionaliseren met behulp van biotechnologie. Het onderzoek is gebaseerd op een alomvattende multidisciplinaire benadering, waarbij de mogelijkheid wordt gecreëerd om materialen te produceren met unieke eigenschappen en functionaliteiten. Het onderzoek focust op het enzymatisch enten van functionele groepen op textielvezels, en specifieke oppervlakte modificatie om nano-gestructureerde oppervlakken te verkrijgen.
