In this doctoral research will be aimed at short and modular route for synthetic analogs of daucanen, daphnanen and tiglianen, these families are secondary plant metabolites whose members interesting biological activities. These natural products possess the synthetic challenging cycloheptane ring which can be built up by means of a newly developed in our group, (4 + 3) cycloaddition furfurylkation between one and a 1,3-diene.
