Project description

In this research project, novel and drug-like heterocyclic scaffolds are synthesized. Subsequently, these are modified and decorated with substituents to obtain a library of new molecules. These libraries are screened for bio-activity against a broad range of therapeutic targets. Active compounds are investigated and developed further.
