Project description

The Bio-energy Group aims at improving plant biomass for a better conversion to biofuels and biochemicals by engineering the plant cell wall. Poplar trees and maize are used for translational research and to conduct field trials. For biomass analysis, the biomass needs to be grinded to fine powder. We request equipment to facilitate the milling and drying process.
