Projectomschrijving

Onderzoek naar de visie en het beleid van externe actoren inzake traditionele justitie in het kader van internationale steun aan rechtstaatsopbouw en transitionele justitie in post conflict sub-Sahara Afrika. Er wordt geanalyseerd hoe traditioneel recht kan bijdragen tot de opbouw van democratische rechtsstaten en wat haar plaats is in transitionele justitiemechanismes met bijzonder aandacht voor mensenrechten.
