Project description

This project is about annotating genomes by using RNA-seq. Recent development of new sequencing methods provide us with a wealth of sequencing data. So far, there are no annotation methods that make optimal use of these huge data sets. This project aims develop such annotation methods. Genome annotation is extremely important as all downstream bioinformatics analyses depend on its accuracy.
