Projectomschrijving

Het doel van dit project is om de endogene receptoren van enkele Arabidopsis F-box eiwitten met een Nictaba-domein te identificeren, te isoleren en te karakteriseren. Dit zal leiden tot betere inzichten in de suikerspecificiteit, subcellulaire lokalisatie en de invloed van beide F-box eiwitten op de ontwikkeling en stressfysiologie van planten.
